Thai Massage consists of four main components in the Traditional Thai Medicine System. Students will learn to use Passive Stretching, Rhythmic Acupressure and Manual Manipulations to alleviate common MSK conditions.

Through theory and practical applications students will review the Front Position and will also learn the Side, Back and Sitting positions to complete their program in Traditional Thai Massage.

Wear comfortable clothing which allows for movement.

NOTE: Bring pillow and yoga mat.
